This week, we needed to bring out a company that is willing to cooperate with us at the moment. And so we sent our emails to 21 companies and waited for responses. We received 2 responses from companies like Hipo.kz and Naimi.kz

In fact, the indicator that 2 companies out of 21 responded to us is a bit frustrating. But nevertheless, it pleases us, because people are really interested in our start-up project!
I also want to introduce the employees who responded to us in the email:
Executive Director of the company Hipo.kz Alexandra Pak
Naimi.kz company's marketing officer Saltanat Akhmetova
The first company responded to our email and they asked us for a meeting at Smart Point, but since we were in 3 different cities, we asked to reschedule the meeting online. And the second company called us and asked about the startup. We also told them that if it was convenient for them, we could move our meeting online.
Before the meeting, we were asked again about the resources of this startup and asked to provide them with additional information, so we tried to make a presentation and an approximate mock-up of our platform(we made it in the form of a website and an application).
Here is our presentation:
Our online meeting with the company Hipo.kz was held on 7.10.2020 11:00 am on the Google Meet platform.
Let's move on to the questions that the representatives asked us:
1) What specialties will you have in this program?
In fact, all the specialties, since we do not have a division here that this or that specialty is not included in this program. For everyone, the internship and the first job are the same, so just as it is important for an economist to get the first job in their field, so it is important for an IT specialist to get an internship.
2) What advantages will we see in your project?
Career growth. Since we want to add an assessment function from employers to interns(that is, after getting experience in a particular company), it will be possible to monitor how a specialist grew up in this specialization.
3) What do you expect from us? What do you want to get from us to develop this startup?
In fact, we need support from the company at the moment. We want to cooperate with you and implement our startup in your IT project.
4) What is your stack? What technologies/PL are you going to use?
We are going to use MERN stack (in fact MENN) which means MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS (NextJS) and NodeJS.

5) What about Mobile application?
Since we don't have IOS developers yet, our mobile app will be only on Android. We are planning to use Java.
6) What is the difference between your startup and other employment projects?
The main thing that differs us from the other employment projects is that we're concerned only on mentorship and gaining job experience for students in order to prepare high qualified workers.
And we tried to answer the most banal questions in advance. In other words, in the presentation, we prepared all the answers to the company's questions and also provided all the additional information during the conversation. So, after the questions did not show up. Alexandra Pak, having received answers to her questions, told us that she would talk to the Director and the rest of the team about our startup. And let us know if anything happens. She also asked us to send presentation and thanked us for the meeting.
What happened to Naimi.kz? To begin with, I can say that I got a phone call and A. Saltanat , as an employee of the marketing Department, started asking questions(by the way, the call was 6.10.2020 in the morning, too, I don't remember).
1) Can you describe your project in more detail?
2) What function do you want to develop?
3) What do you use to develop this platform?
4) How can we help you?
After I answered her questions, I also offered to send them a presentation to accurately present our product. After that, questions also followed:
5) Tell us more about the resources
6) What specialties do we cover?
20 follow up questions
Do you want to add something about the project implementation?
How would you like to see this platform?
Who visits your site more?
Do you have difficulties with your project's traffic?
What would you like to add from your company?
What advantages do you have in contrast to others?
Would it be better to add some kind of test to determine the level of specialty?
What about the forum?
Do you think this problem is relevant now?
What about deadlines? How many weeks do you think we can create a platform?
Do you have any notes about the stack of technologies that we will use?
What qualities do you consider when choosing partners?
Our team consists of developers and designers, what do you think about this?
What is the maximum period you will give us to develop this startup project?
What do you think if our Mentoring platform also offers online internships, due to the development of Covid19?
How many additional developers can you give us to develop this startup project?
What do you think about the app?
What do you think about the design?
What do you think about the additional features of the evaluation of the Intern?
How can we cooperate with you?
Not a little important proofs that these people exist
Just in case, we wrote to them that we can arrange an online meeting. But we didn't get a response. So given that we have spoken with 2 companies, we are also waiting for a response from them. And we hope that our product will be interesting and they will take up our startup!

Sincerely, the "StartUP" team
