Week 13 - User Testing

Unfortunately, the clients of our employee company decided to be anonymous. But the only thing we could get is their names, I hope it doesn't affect our KPI as a whole.

But still, we were able to get 10 clients from VK. Since Bek still hasn't responded, we decided to contact them for now. Also, in order to accurately understand our disadvantages in the app in all respects, we created a questionnaire with questions to improve the app.

• First of all, it was really useful for us and also very interesting. After all, we were shown/explained the disadvantages of the app. Some even gave advice on what features we can add in the future.

• Second, it gave us more motivation to finish what we started and it gave us more motivation that we were on the right track. After all, everyone liked the idea.

I also want to note that we wanted to view the application logs and track who logged in and performed actions in the application. But it took longer to implement, and it would have been harder to collect reviews. So we stopped at the questionnaire and added a link to our app, and we told the VK representative that the app is currently only available to Android users. But soon we want to make it for all platforms. Also, our potential clients are students and we keep their needs as a priority.
